Sacred Story & Meditation inspired by the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra

Meditation Designs based on the essence of the teachings of various Indian mystics and paths. From Shiva Tantra to Vedanta further into folks practises of Bhakti saints - Meera, Sehjo, Kabir, Nanak. All the meditation designs carry the colour, fragrance, taste and texture of Damini's own sadhana which has many influences from India - including the Baigas, an aboriginal tribe of India, who she has spent a good many years learning from. From the contemporary masters she finds herself synchronous with Osho, Swami Dayananda Saraswati,Swami Laxmanjoo and Ma Anandmayi. Intellectually she connects with Pratyabhijna Darshan, the philosophy of Recognition from the Kashmir Himalayas. Many of her designs can trace their roots to the teachings of the great Himalayan masters like  Abhinavgupt, the master commentator of Natya Shastra - one of the oldest treatise on performance arts - who also gives her a perfect bridge between her sadhana and her profession as a filmmaker.
